New Factory
Exciting news! We are currently in the process of developing a brand new factory that will offer state-of-the-art amenities. Our upcoming facility is designed to meet the highest standards and enhance our production capabilities. From cutting-edge machinery to spacious work areas, we’re committed to creating an optimal environment for our manufacturing operations.
Currently we are having different production units for different stages and processes scattered in different areas of Panipat, but soon with the new factory all the stages of our orders, starting from generating a PO to the final packing and delivery, everything will be done under one roof.
The new factory will incorporate modern infrastructure, ensuring efficient workflow and quality output. We’re dedicated to embracing innovative technologies and processes that will enable us to deliver exceptional rug and carpet products.

Started in the Early ’90s –
Founding Fathers and the Textile Fabric Shop
The Gupta family, our founding fathers, gained recognition in Panipat for their textile fabric shop. They emerged as leaders in the textile industry, engaging in the buying and selling of clothes, sarees, and textiles from various regions across the country.
1956
Mr. M M Gupta and Indian Railways
Mr. Maru Mal Gupta, the father of Mr. Rajesh Singla, dedicated himself to serving the country as a government servant in Indian Railways. Joining the service in 1956, he committed his entire life to this profession, retiring at the age of 60.
1997
Mr. Rajesh Singla Continues the Legacy
While Mr. M M Gupta served the nation, his son, Mr. Rajesh Singla, started his own business and took over the family legacy in his 20s.
He expanded the business into yarn and textile trading, ultimately establishing Hare Krishna Creations as one of the leading carpet manufacturers in Panipat during the late 19th century.
The company's vision was to become an industry leader, specializing in the production of high-quality hand-tufted, hand-loomed, and hand-woven carpets and rugs.
The family, particularly Mr. Rajesh, always held a deep regard for artisans and extended support to them in every possible way.
2015
Expansion and Collaboration
Hare Krishna Creations ventured into the manufacturing of various home furnishing products, including rugs, for prominent exporters in Panipat.
Expanding their operations, they began indirect supply to international buyers in addition to catering to domestic exporters.
The company's designs gained popularity among exporters and renowned buyers worldwide.
2021
Meeraj Home Exports
In 2021, Mr. Rishabh Gupta, after completing his studies, joined the family business with his father, Mr. Rajesh Singla.
With profound knowledge of export-import and a keen interest in the home furnishing industry, he established MeeraJ Home Exports in Panipat.
The company focused on international business and the export of home furnishing and decor products.
MeeraJ Home Exports soon gained a reputation as a reliable exporter of high-quality home furnishing products.
2023
M M Hometex Pvt. Ltd.- Honouring Mr. Maru Mal Gupta
In 2023, Mr. Rajesh and his son, Rishabh, together embarked on a new venture called M M Hometex Pvt. Ltd.
They named the company after Mr. Maru Mal Gupta, as a token of respect and honour on his 88th birthday celebration.
M M Hometex Pvt. Ltd. is combined Mr. Rajesh Singla's experience and knowledge with Mr. Rishabh's enthusiasm and ambition.
